In this role, you will take full ownership of our bakery and pastry section. You will be responsible for crafting our signature breads, exquisite viennoiserie, decadent cakes, and seasonal desserts. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will have the creative freedom to develop new recipes and refine existing ones, ensuring every plate that leaves your station is a work of art.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts daily.
- Develop and test new recipes and seasonal menu items to delight our guests.
- Ensure consistent high quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food cost for the bakery section.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team on menu planning and special events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and ingredient functionality.
- Creativity and a strong passion for crafting high-quality, visually stunning products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant culinary diploma or degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
