Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to promote insurance products effectively.
- Identify and approach potential clients within the bank's customer base to offer customized life insurance solutions.
- Provide expert financial advice and professional consultation to clients regarding their protection and investment needs.
- Conduct regular sales activities and presentations to achieve or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and process insurance applications accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-up and relationship management.
- Participate in regular sales training and workshops to stay updated on product features and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work professionally within a banking environment and follow established protocols.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital documentation.
