Are you a people person with a passion for technology? PERSOL is seeking a motivated Bank Digital Ambassador to join our team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the face of digital transformation at the bank, helping customers navigate and adopt modern digital banking solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible, part-time schedule (5.5 days/week) while gaining valuable experience in the financial services sector.
As a Digital Ambassador, your primary objective is to engage customers, identify their banking needs, and guide them through the seamless experience of using our digital platforms. If you enjoy interaction, problem-solving, and technology, this is the perfect role for you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with bank customers to understand their unique financial service needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of the bank's digital mobile and online platforms.
- Provide step-by-step assistance to customers navigating digital banking interfaces.
- Actively promote and facilitate the adoption of digital self-service tools to reduce branch wait times.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence at all times.
- Monitor and report common user feedback or technical queries to the branch management.
- Maintain a professional environment and assist with general branch queue management as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable with technology and able to explain digital tools simply to others.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is a strong advantage.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM shifts).
- Highly proactive, patient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus for customer engagement.
