- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with account opening, fund transfers, and other banking services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- At least a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling is advantageous, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking systems.
- Committed, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Singaporean or PR preferred for contract positions.
