As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of the branch, serving as the first point of contact for customers. You will play a vital role in handling daily financial transactions while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every visitor. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed. This role also comes with attractive allowances and a competitive salary package ranging from $2,700 to $3,500 per month.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute a variety of over-the-counter financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately.
- Handle foreign currency exchange and ensure precise cash balancing at the end of each shift.
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers regarding account inquiries and general banking services.
- Identify and cross-sell relevant banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to the bank’s internal controls, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies.
- Assist with administrative duties such as document processing and updating customer records in the database.
- Ensure the branch's front-line area remains professional and welcoming at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Nitec in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of integrity when handling cash.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
- Willingness to work in the East Region of Singapore.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or banking is an added advantage but not mandatory.
