Tanggung Jawab
- Process various bank transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in cash handling and balancing daily records to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Identify customer needs and proactively cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Strictly adhere to bank policies, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and security protocols.
- Manage branch administrative tasks, including documentation and filing, while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve operational targets and maintain service quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service or retail banking is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.
