Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for Metrobank's financial products
- Maintain meticulous transaction records and documentation
- Support branch operations by assisting with administrative tasks
- Participate in ongoing training for new banking technologies and services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in banking/financial services
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn banking software
