As a Transaction Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of transaction data, verification of financial documents, and the reconciliation of accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately capture, process, and verify high-volume financial transactions within strictly established SLAs.
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction logs to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve pending transaction issues or processing bottlenecks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processed entries in accordance with audit and compliance standards.
- Monitor transaction queues to ensure timely settlement and completion of client requests.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Escalate high-risk or complex transaction anomalies to the operations management team for resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transaction processing, banking operations, or data entry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight processing deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written and spoken).
- Working knowledge of core banking software or ERP systems is highly advantageous.
