Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service
- Stay updated on new beverage trends and menu offerings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience in a hotel or upscale establishment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if applicable)
