We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Battery Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our battery systems, from procurement and inventory management to maintenance and performance optimization. You will work closely with engineering, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing operational strategies to maximize battery efficiency and lifespan, overseeing the supply chain for components, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will also analyze performance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in operations management, particularly in the energy or manufacturing sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of battery storage systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve battery performance and longevity.
- Manage inventory and supply chain for battery components and related equipment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance schedules and troubleshooting.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental standards are met.
- Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in battery or renewable energy.
- Strong understanding of battery technologies, storage systems, and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to manage logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
