Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional, one-on-one beauty consultations to identify customer needs and skin concerns.
- Demonstrate and apply beauty products, providing expert guidance on correct usage and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective product upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and well-organized retail environment in accordance with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock arrivals, and assist with regular stock-taking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product ingredients, and beauty techniques.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Possess a well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide persuasive product advice.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of skincare and cosmetic product knowledge.
