Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain a robust client database for targeted prospecting
- Identify and qualify new client leads through strategic outreach
- Consult with clients to recommend customized beauty treatments and products
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized consultations
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on benefits
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; beauty industry certification preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty/wellness
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
