Tanggung Jawab
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging beauty concepts and storyboards
- Optimize video formats for various digital channels while maintaining brand consistency
- Implement color grading, sound design, and visual effects to enhance production value
- Stay current with beauty industry trends and emerging video technologies
- Manage video asset organization and archiving systems efficiently
- Adapt content strategies based on performance analytics and platform algorithms
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience in beauty/fashion industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of social media video specifications and best practices
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in beauty content and visual storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Basic knowledge of lighting, composition, and cinematography principles
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
