Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and developmental evaluations for children
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques
- Provide direct therapy sessions addressing behavioral challenges and skill development
- Train parents and caregivers in effective behavioral management strategies
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches based on outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic client care
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related behavioral science field
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in child behavioral therapy or related setting
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and behavioral intervention strategies
- Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with children
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in behavioral therapy
