Are you a professional driver with a passion for hospitality? Kapal Garden Hotel Malang is seeking a dedicated and reliable Bell Driver (Daily Worker) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel for guests arriving and departing, ensuring their experience begins and ends on a high note.
As a Bell Driver, you play a pivotal role in our daily operations, providing efficient shuttle services, managing guest luggage with care, and maintaining our fleet to the highest standards. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, service-oriented, and possesses an excellent knowledge of Malang's routes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt and professional shuttle services for hotel guests to and from designated locations.
- Assist guests with luggage handling with the utmost care and efficiency.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, and tire pressure, to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to manage guest arrival and departure schedules effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks on all hotel vehicles.
- Ensure all safety protocols and traffic regulations are strictly followed while driving.
- Report any mechanical issues or vehicle damages immediately to the management team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience from arrival to checkout.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A or SIM B1).
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Clean driving record with no history of serious traffic violations.
- Strong knowledge of Malang city routes and surrounding tourist destinations.
- Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
