Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the coordination of patient care and perform daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Process and facilitate HMO availments, including Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, and APE (Accident & Emergency) claims.
  • Communicate effectively with HMO providers to resolve claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service support to patients regarding their benefits and coverage inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to streamline administrative processes and reduce wait times.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
