Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for motorcycles and related products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch teams to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor sales KPIs and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee inventory management, stock allocation, and ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns within the assigned area
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in automotive/motorcycle industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing P&L
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and coaching
- Expertise in inventory management and retail operations
- Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
