Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and proofread a variety of content (press releases, web copy, marketing assets) in English and Mandarin to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
- Maintain and enforce editorial style guides, ensuring consistency across all digital and print channels.
- Collaborate with writers, translators, and subject matter experts to refine complex messaging for specific target audiences.
- Fact-check all content, verifying statistics, claims, and source material.
- Manage multiple editorial projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to improve overall writing quality and linguistic standards.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in editing, journalism, or content creation.
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with AP Style or a similar editorial style guide is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
