Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all biochemical production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor production teams, implementing performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize production workflows through data analysis, reducing waste while enhancing yield and quality
- Oversee implementation of quality control systems and ensure adherence to ISO/GMP standards
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new biotechnologies and scale innovative processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production documentation, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Manage process troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for production deviations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biochemical production, with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in bioprocess optimization, fermentation, and downstream purification techniques
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BPOM, FDA, ISO 9001) and quality management systems
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in process monitoring and data-driven decision making
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, MES) and process simulation tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong technical communication skills
