Join a leading Pharma MNC based in the Central Region! We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Biotechnologist or QC Chemist to join our dynamic Quality Control team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of chemical and biological analyses. Your work will directly impact product quality and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical and biological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Analyze samples using advanced analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, and titration methods.
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely laboratory reports and documentation to meet regulatory audit requirements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any Out-of-Specification (OOS) results or deviations to determine root causes.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment by adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Production, to resolve quality issues effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a QC/Lab environment within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical industry.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and ISO 9001 standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and statistics accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a high-regulated setting.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
