As a Bongkar Muat specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of goods in and out of our production facility. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. You will work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment from trucks and containers
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks according to safety guidelines
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including storage facilities and loading docks
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to coordinate material movement
- Assist with inventory management and accurate record-keeping of materials
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in loading/unloading operations, warehouse work, or logistics is preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus)
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-30 kg)
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and workplace regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
