Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise deck operations and maintenance activities across all vessel departments
- Lead deck crews in performing routine inspections, repairs, and safety drills
- Coordinate mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling operations
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL) and company policies
- Manage inventory and procurement of deck supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor junior deck personnel on operational procedures
- Document maintenance logs and incident reports for regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Valid Bosun certification or equivalent maritime qualification (STCW III/2)
- Minimum 3 years experience as Bosun or senior deckhand in offshore support vessels
- Proficiency in deck machinery operation (winches, cranes, hydraulic systems)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural crews
- Advanced knowledge of emergency response protocols and firefighting systems
- Physical fitness to perform strenuous duties in harsh marine environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for clear communication
