Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all branch operations to achieve commercial targets
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate communication between branches, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee commercial activities including sales coordination and customer relationship management
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branch coordination or commercial operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
