Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations at the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling, route optimization, and carrier selection.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse activities, ensuring proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods to prevent losses and damage.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain flow.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and customs procedures.
- Manage logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and delivery notes, accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation best practices.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Familiarity with local transportation laws and regulations in Indonesia is highly desirable.
