Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all branch logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, costs, and performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to align logistics operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Education background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics at the coordinator level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, supply chain management, and transportation systems
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the position
