Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations including Sales, HRGA, Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch revenue and efficiency targets.
- Manage and mentor departmental teams to ensure high engagement and productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance, manage P&L, and provide regular reports to headquarters.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Foster positive relationships with local stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in Manufacturing or Logistics.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams (HR, Finance, Operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of financial literacy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and inventory control systems.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure in a competitive market.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
