Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective branch strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate clinical and non-clinical staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and procurement for aesthetic treatments and products.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving client inquiries and ensuring premium service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and medical regulations required for aesthetic facilities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide strategic insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a managerial capacity, specifically within the Aesthetic or Dermatology clinic industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with premium clientele.
- Solid understanding of aesthetic clinic operational workflows, including patient journey management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, POS software, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail and medical service environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
