Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the beauty clinic
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and train clinic staff to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory and ordering of beauty products and equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies
- Represent the clinic in community events and networking opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree from any field of study
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, clinic, or retail industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of beauty treatments and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications
