Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch team to achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for growth and operational improvement.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and service protocols.
- Manage branch administrative tasks, including payroll preparation, reporting, and cash handling procedures.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages professional development and high-quality service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in beauty, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for operational detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets.
