- Oversee all daily branch operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff
- Monitor branch performance metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in branch management or sales leadership
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly motorcycles
