Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales support, administration, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve and exceed established branch sales and performance targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and professional growth.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and provide actionable insights to senior management to improve service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to resolve bottlenecks and optimize branch performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance standards and local regulatory requirements for medical facilities.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang Selatan and travel as required.
