Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch operations including distribution, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and develop a team of distribution professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on operational performance
- Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage branch budget and resources effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in distribution or logistics
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
