- <ul><li>Oversee and manage all daily branch operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with all banking laws, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, and internal bank policies and guidelines.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the branch operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous skill enhancement.</li><li>Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard bank assets, prevent fraud, and minimize operational risks.</li><li>Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, promptly resolving operational issues and implementing improvements.</li><li>Manage branch cash operations, vault administration, and security protocols in accordance with bank standards.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate operational reports, ensuring data integrity and timely submission to management.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in bank operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Philippine banking laws, BSP regulations, and standard banking operational procedures.</li><li>Proven ability to manage operational risks and implement effective internal controls.</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills with a focus on performance and development.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Residing in or willing to relocate to Davao City.</li></ul>
