Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including teller functions, vault management, and ATM maintenance.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of branch staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations and internal banking policies.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Monitor cash flow and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align branch goals with corporate objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of banking experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving branch profitability.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules if required by business needs.
