Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the branch office
- Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve high performance and service standards
- Monitor logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, including general ledger and sub-GL accounts
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Warehouse) to resolve operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch operations or logistics supervision
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and sub-GL reconciliation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Timur
