Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily branch operations to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including Sub-GL and cash flow statements for management review.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols across the branch.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational KPIs and performance targets.
- Manage inventory control and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain effective communication between the branch and head office, resolving operational bottlenecks proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, General Ledger (GL) systems, and inventory management software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of operational best practices in the Jakarta and Bekasi regions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
