Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for automotive excellence and operational efficiency? Maju Motor Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Branch Service Manager to lead our service operations in Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our after-sales success, ensuring that our customers receive world-class service while maintaining the highest standards of technical performance and team productivity.

As our Branch Service Manager, you will oversee daily workshop activities, manage technician workflows, and drive customer satisfaction metrics to new heights. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance technical automotive knowledge with exceptional people management skills to build a high-performing service culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end after-sales service operations to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff to achieve branch KPIs.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, workflow efficiency, and service bay utilization to maximize throughput.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve complex service complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure the availability of genuine spare parts and minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Enforce strict company safety protocols, health regulations, and quality control standards across all service processes.
  • Prepare regular financial and operational reports for regional management to track branch performance and profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management or a leadership role within a reputable service center.
  • Strong understanding of automotive mechanical systems and modern workshop diagnostic tools.
  • Proven ability to drive branch profitability through effective cost management and service upselling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to be based in Bali and maintain a hands-on approach to daily operations.
