We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our Kediri operations. This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless warehouse operations, optimize inventory flow, and maintain efficient logistics management. You will be responsible for developing strategic planning frameworks, generating comprehensive warehouse performance reports, and implementing inventory control systems to minimize losses. The ideal candidate will lead fleet management initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strict compliance with safety and operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency and safety compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain strategic warehouse planning systems and reporting frameworks
- Manage obsolete, damaged, and excess inventory through systematic tracking and disposition processes
- Coordinate fleet operations, transportation logistics, and distribution networks
- Lead warehouse staff through effective team management and performance optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize inventory turnover and space utilization through data-driven analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of logistics regulations and safety standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
