Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain responsive websites with consistent brand aesthetics
- Create high-converting email marketing designs (EDMs) for diverse campaigns
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align design with campaign objectives
- Optimize visual assets for user experience and accessibility standards
- Manage design assets and ensure version control across projects
- Stay updated on design trends and implement innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience in web design and email marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand consistency and digital projects
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for web implementation
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Excellent attention to detail and typography skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visual solutions
