Tanggung Jawab
- Manage broker connectivity interfaces and ensure seamless communication between trading systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize operational disruptions
- Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Implement and maintain broker relationship documentation and system configurations
- Support system upgrades and connectivity enhancements across trading platforms
- Analyze connectivity performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Act as primary liaison for broker onboarding and integration processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in broker connectivity or financial systems operations
- Proficiency in trading platforms and connectivity protocols (FIX API, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced financial environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and market practices
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools preferred
