Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily bunker operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of fuel to vessels.
- Monitor vessel schedules and maintain close communication with shipping agents, bunker barges, and surveyors.
- Verify bunker delivery notes (BDN) and ensure compliance with all international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
- Analyze fuel consumption data and prepare daily operational reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and provide real-time solutions to minimize vessel turnaround time.
- Ensure all documentation related to bunkering activities is accurately recorded and archived.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with third-party suppliers and port officials to facilitate smooth logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bunker operations, ship management, or maritime logistics.
- Strong understanding of port operations, local maritime regulations, and bunkering procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vessel tracking/logistics software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts or weekends, as required by vessel schedules.
