Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day bunkering operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with vessel masters, terminal operators, and surveyors to facilitate seamless fuel transfers.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all bunkering activities, including volume measurements and quality reports.
- Conduct pre-bunkering safety checks and ensure strict adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to optimize delivery schedules.
- Resolve operational discrepancies in real-time to minimize vessel turnaround time.
- Generate comprehensive operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maritime operations, bunkering, or port logistics.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas terminal safety standards and maritime regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational management software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to the demanding nature of port operations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for technical communication.
