Secura Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This is a critical role focused on the successful delivery of our enterprise-wide ERP implementation project.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, documenting complex workflows, and ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with our organizational objectives. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in project-based environments and is passionate about process optimization and systems integration.
You will play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and gap analysis to user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for the ERP system.
- Perform gap analysis between existing business processes and the new ERP solution to identify necessary customizations.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and process workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure development aligns with documented business needs.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and facilitate testing sessions with end-users.
- Support end-user training and the creation of detailed documentation/manuals for the new system.
- Monitor project milestones and assist in resolving issues or risks during the implementation phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technical IT teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Ability to commit to a 1-year contract engagement.
