We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Sukanda Djaya. In this critical role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive inventory optimization and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and develop reports that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will directly impact our manufacturing and logistics operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
This position requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing data collection systems, conducting root cause analyses of inventory discrepancies, and creating dashboards to track key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain routine reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock accuracy
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to design data collection systems and KPIs
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support inventory control initiatives and cost reduction
- Create visual dashboards using BI tools to monitor inventory performance metrics
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control or business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
