Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Partner with business units to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of financial markets and wealth management products.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
