- Develop and execute comprehensive business banking strategies to drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of relationship managers and financial analysts.
- Identify, acquire, and retain key corporate clients to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, credit risk, and financial data to recommend strategic initiatives.
- Manage complex credit facilities and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing a P&L, driving revenue growth, and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- CFA, CPA, MBA, or similar professional certifications are highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and strong local market knowledge of Central Luzon.
