Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market share in livestock pharmaceuticals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including veterinarians, distributors, and livestock farms
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and develop actionable insights for product positioning
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and distributors across Java region
- Collaborate with R&D to align business strategies with product innovation
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and business performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development within livestock or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in developing new markets and achieving sales targets
- Strong network within Indonesian veterinary and livestock communities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
