- Drive New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's portfolio through strategic sales initiatives.
- Risk Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting evaluations to determine appropriate coverage terms and pricing.
- Renewal Management: Strategically manage policy renewals to ensure customer retention and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Broker Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and broking partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for business expansion.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Compliance: Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin is required; English is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, underwriting, or the insurance sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills for risk analysis and a deep understanding of broking processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
