- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for GameOps Inc., with a strong focus on the annual GameDev Summit.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, sponsors, and industry stakeholders within the local and international game development community.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and company growth objectives.
- Lead negotiations and close deals for summit sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and other partnership ventures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the gaming sector.
- Champion and integrate sustainability initiatives into the planning and execution of GameDev Summit and other company events.
- Represent GameOps Inc. at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and identify partnership prospects.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably within the gaming, tech, or events industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets, negotiating complex deals, and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the game development industry, its key players, and market dynamics, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
