Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development & Operations Executive to join our Senior Day Care team in Bishan. You will act as a key liaison between families, community partners, and our care teams, ensuring seniors receive exceptional support from day one. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, develop, and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive senior day care enrollment and brand awareness.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with community partners, social service agencies, hospitals, and local clinics for referral generation.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, including handling customer inquiries, conducting center tours, and facilitating onboardings.
- Oversee daily center operations to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyze enrollment trends, and prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute outreach programs, community events, and promotional activities.
- Address and resolve feedback from clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service quality and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Social Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, business development, or customer relations, preferably within the healthcare or eldercare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with seniors and their caregivers.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools.
- A compassionate, resilient, and community-minded attitude with a genuine passion for eldercare.
